Manager. The role is filled with possibilities and purpose. You’re responsible for people and everything you do impacts those you have in your care. It’s certainly not an easy role. Employees want a utopian environment, customers want platinum service, and your boss wants perfection. Getting great at this management thing takes work, but I know it is possible.
